چکیده
Abstract The debate on gravity theories to extend or modify general relativity is very active today because of the issues related ultraviolet and infrared behavior Einstein’s theory. In first case, we have address quantum problem. latter, dark matter energy, governing large-scale structure cosmological evolution, seem escape from any final fundamental theory detection. state art that, up now, no theory, capable explaining gravitational interaction at scale, has been formulated. this perspective, many research efforts are devoted test by space-based experiments. Here, propose straightforward tests GINGER experiment, which, being Earth based, requires little modeling external perturbation, allowing a thorough analysis systematics, crucial for experiments where sensitivity breakthrough required. Specifically, want show that it possible constrain parameters theories, like scalar–tensor Horava–Lifshitz gravity, considering their post-Newtonian limits matched with experimental data. particular, use Lense–Thirring measurements provided find out relations among finally compare results those LARES Gravity Probe B satellites.

Constraining theories of embodied cognition.
Influences of perceptual and motor activity on evaluation have led to theories of embodied cognition suggesting that putatively complex judgments can be carried out using only perceptual and motor representations. We present an experiment that revisited a movement-compatibility effect in which people are faster to respond to positive words by pulling a lever than by pushing a lever and are fast...
متن کاملConstraining f(T) teleparallel gravity by big bang nucleosynthesis
We use Big Bang Nucleosynthesis (BBN) observational data on the primordial abundance of light elements to constrain f(T) gravity. The three most studied viable f(T) models, namely the power law, the exponential and the square-root exponential are considered, and the BBN bounds are adopted in order to extract constraints on their free parameters. For the power-law model, we find that the constra...

متن کاملConstraining f ( R ) Gravity by the Large - Scale Structure
Over the past few decades, general relativity and the concordance ΛCDM model have been successfully tested using several different astrophysical and cosmological probes based on large datasets (precision cosmology). Despite their successes, some shortcomings emerge due to the fact that general relativity should be revised at infrared and ultraviolet limits and to the fact that the fundamental n...
